1. Sweet Potatoes

Babies are naturally attracted to sweet food, so sweet potatoes are a good starter. They are also a nutritious powerhouse, with high vitamin A, antioxidants, and beta-carotene levels. They are easy to digest for a baby who is just starting to eat solid foods.
Steam it and mash it with some formula or breastmilk, or cut it in slices and roast it with a little bit of olive oil so their little hands can easily grab it.
