2. You Can Use Juice to Replace Fruits and Vegetables
If your baby constantly spits out their apples or carrots, you might be tempted to replace them with fruit or veggie juice and call it a day. The problem is juice doesn’t offer the essential fiber that whole fruit and vegetables provide. Also, many juices contain extra sugar and other additives.
If you do give your baby juice, you may consider juicing your own and staying away from concentrated forms found in grocery stores. Convincing your baby to swallow healthy offerings might seem impossible at first, but don’t give up.
