1. Blindfolded Diaper Changing

The object is to see who can change a diaper the fastest while blindfolded. You might think the veteran parents are ringers, but watch out for guests that have younger siblings or babysitting experience. This is a great game for dads, too. Just remember to not use real babies. It can get messy.
2. My Water Broke

Freeze tiny baby dolls in ice cubes. The first person to melt the ice yells, “My Water Broke” for a prize. This can be part of a relay race.
3. Don’t Say “Baby”

When guests arrive, they clip a clothespin or diaper pin to their clothes. They can also wear a toy on a ribbon around their neck. Choose a word that they are not allowed to say during the event. If they say the chosen word, such as “baby,” another person can take the pin or object. The person with the most at the end wins.
4. Baby Shower BINGO

Make a BINGO board of items on the baby registry or common baby gifts. As the gifts are unwrapped, guests make their BINGO boards until a winner is found.
5. Nursery Rhyme Emoji Quiz

See who can guess the most nursery rhymes in a set time limit using only emojis on printed cards. You can find the cards to download for free on Pinterest or blogs, or you can purchase nicely printed versions on Amazon, which has many to choose from.
6. Chop Binky

While holding a chopstick in your mouth, see how many pacifiers you can pick up without using your hands.
7. Place Your Bets

Create a leader board and have guests place bets on when the baby will be born. Include the day and time. If you want to get fancy, you can buy sheets like these on Etsy and have one for each guest to fill out.
8. Guess the Baby Food

Remove the labels from baby food jars. Have the guests taste the food and guess what it is. The answers are written down, and the person with the most correct answers wins.
9. Feed the “Baby”

Divide the party into teams of two. One person is the baby and the other feeds them applesauce baby food with a baby spoon. The trick here is that the person feeding is blindfolded! In some cases, you can also blindfold the “baby.” Hilarity ensues.
10. Candy Bar Game

You can either buy game cards like the one above on Amazon, or find free printable versions with clues and an answer key from the internet. Give your guests the clue such as “breastfeeding.” They write down what candy goes with that clue (Milky Way). The most correct answers wins a prize.
11. Who Am I?

Nametags are helpful at parties where friends and family mingle, but you can also turn it into a game. Have people write how they are related or know the parents to be. Later, quiz the party on who’s who. This will encourage people to get to know each other. You can print out card of your own or buy pre-printed versions. This same game is often used at bridal showers.
12. Draw My Baby

This game is another team-based game and great for co-ed showers. In teams of two, have the teams draw the baby of honor by handing the paper back and forth. For instance, if one team member draws the head, the other person draws the body, and so on. This can be done blindfolded or by holding the paper on your head. The object is that you are not allowed to look as you draw.
13. Who’s Baby Is This?

Before the shower have ALL your guests send a baby picture. Make a board of printed images with a number on each, but with NO NAMES on it. Challenge the guests to tell you who’s who in the pictures.
14. Pin the Sperm to the Uterus

Much like pin the tail on the donkey, this game has your blindfolded guests pinning sperm as close as they can get to an egg in a uterus. You can make handmade versions, find printable versions online, or purchased customized versions like the one above from Etsy.
