Having some extra income coming in can go a long way when it comes to paying for college. Ideally, it would be best to have your son or daughter focus exclusively on their studies without having to worry about other obligations. But millions of other students have held down jobs and graduated with good degrees– and your child can, too.
Having your child work part-time while going to school isn’t entirely a bad thing. Apart from bringing in additional money to help fund his or her program, it can also impart some incredible life-long lessons that can lay the foundation for success in his or her chosen profession.
