You know a TikTok trend has taken off when one of the men behind-the-music joins in on the action. Case in point: Mick Fleetwood, the bearded frontman of Fleetwood Mac, drinking from a bottle of Ocean Spray cranberry juice while riding a “skateboard” and lip-synching to the band’s hit song “Dreams” for social media fans everywhere.
Stevie Nicks has joined the trend. Read on for Mick’s story, then follow Stevie’s at the bottom of this article.
Fleetwood Mac Cranberry Juice TikTok
Wyoming dad Nathan Apodaca, who goes by Dogg Face on TikTok, went viral after posting a TikTok video featuring Fleetwood Mac’s hit 1974 song “Dreams.” In the video, Apodaca rides his skateboard down the road, drinking cranberry juice with a totally tranquil expression. He then turns, lip-synchs a couple of Stevie Nick’s lines, and the video ends.
As TikTok trends do, the Fleetwood Mac “Dreams” trend exploded. Since then, the clip has gained more than 24 million views (it’s growing every day) and the admiration of internet users everywhere — including the band Fleetwood Mac itself. The official Fleetwood Mac Twitter account shared the clip with the message, “We love this!”

Mick Fleetwood’s Cranberry Juice Video
Riding on the popularity of the new trend, Mick Fleetwood shot his own TikTok account. Naturally, his first video features himself riding on what way or may not be a skateboard, drinking from a bottle of cranberry juice and singing along with Stevie Nicks.
“@420doggface208 had it right. Dreams and Cranberry just hits different. #Dreams -#CranberryDreams #FleetwoodMac” the 73-year-old musician wrote on his post.
So far, the singer’s first post has reached 6.3 million plays.
Apodaca kept the love going by publishing Fleetwood’s video on his Tiktok with the note, “What a day 🙏😇 #420souljahz #ec #high #oceanspray #king #cramrasberry #mydrink #legend #Artober #h2o #steadyvibin #cloud9 #octoberbaby #happyhippie”.
There is plenty of reason to share the love when it comes to this TikTok trend. The song “Dreams” is #24 on Spotify’s Top 200 list of streamed songs, and according to CNN the track saw US streams and digital download sales spike by 88.7% and 374%, respectively, for three-day period September 25-27.
